Kolkata Metro's Blue Line to be Affected on Sunday
According to Kolkata Metro authorities, no Metro services will be available between Shahid Khudiram and Mahanayak Uttam Kumar stations from 9 am to 6.30 pm on Sunday. A Traffic and Power Block will be imposed between Gitanjali and Kavi Nazrul Metro stations during the maintenance period.

However, Metro services will continue normally between Dakshineswar and Mahanayak Uttam Kumar during the block. After 6.30 pm, services on the entire Blue Line section from Dakshineswar to Shahid Khudiram will resume. There will be no changes to services on the Purple, Orange and Green lines, which will continue to operate normally.
Metro authorities have advised commuters who need to travel through the affected section to plan their journeys accordingly, especially during the maintenance period between 9 am and 6.30 pm on Sunday.
