Ghaziabad station block: platform changes and alternates
Most trains formerly using Platform 4 are shifted to Platforms 5, 3 and 6. The revised berthing plan covers 45 services, with the bulk moved to Platform 5. Examples include Utkal, Gomti, Tejas and the Double Decker now avoiding Platform 4. Expect longer dwell times.
For smoother boarding, consider New Delhi, Anand Vihar Terminal or Meerut City as alternates when practical. Several impacted trains originate or call there, easing Ghaziabad bottlenecks. Arrive early and confirm coach positions at terminal boards or in the National Train Enquiry System (NTES) app.
