Inauguration of Cutting-Edge ISRO Facilities: A Glimpse into the Future
But that's not all; PM Modi also inaugurated three major technical facilities of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), symbolizing a giant leap in India's space capabilities. Let's explore these remarkable projects:
1. Trisonic Wind Tunnel at VSSC: This facility, designed to evaluate the aerodynamic characteristics of rockets and aircraft, can generate controlled airflow at speeds ranging from subsonic to supersonic. A crucial tool in perfecting launch vehicle technology.
2. Semi-Cryogenic Integrated Engine and Stage Test Facility: Located in Mahendragiri, Tamil Nadu, this state-of-the-art facility can handle large flows of propellants, standing tall at 51 meters with a flame deflector depth of 30 meters.
3. PSLV Integration Facility at SHAR: Developed to increase launch frequency from the First Launch Pad (FLP), this facility includes Integration Building, Service Building, Rail Track, and associated systems. A key element in enhancing ISRO's launch capabilities.

Speaking at the Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, PM Modi expressed profound sentiments, stating, "They are not just four names or four human beings; they are the four powers that are going to take the aspirations of 140 crore Indians to space." His words resonate with the significance of this mission, bringing pride and excitement to the hearts of every Indian.
"In the development journey of every country, there are some moments which not only define the present but also the future of its coming generations. Today is one such moment for India," emphasized PM Modi. It's truly a defining moment that shapes the trajectory of India's space exploration.
As we witness the unveiling of astronauts for Gaganyaan and the inauguration of cutting-edge ISRO facilities, we step into a new chapter in India's space odyssey. The countdown is ours, the rocket is ours, and the aspirations of 140 crore Indians are reaching for the stars. Let's embrace this historic moment and look forward to the future with pride and enthusiasm.
