Several parts of Delhi are expected to face scheduled power interruptions on Thursday, June 25, 2026, as electricity distribution companies carry out planned maintenance and network-related works across selected divisions.
Areas under BRPL (BSES Rajdhani Power Limited) and TPDDL (Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited) are likely to witness temporary supply disruptions at different time slots through the day. Residents are advised to complete essential electrical usage in advance and keep backup arrangements ready where required.
While certain locations have fixed shutdown timings, some divisions may experience outages based on section-wise operational schedules.
South and West Delhi Areas Included in Maintenance Schedule
Under the BRPL South and West Delhi network, several localities may witness temporary electricity disruption.
Areas identified include:
- Uttam Nagar
- Janakpuri
- Palam
- Nizamuddin
- Hauz Khas
- Mohan Garden
- Rajouri Garden Block
- Nangloi
- Mundka
Officials indicated that outage timings may vary depending on the section and maintenance activity.
TPDDL Areas May See Six-Hour Supply Interruption
Consumers in selected TPDDL distribution zones across North and North-West Delhi may witness power interruptions between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
The shutdown is expected to affect:
- Selected East Delhi pockets
- TPDDL service zones under the scheduled maintenance window
Nizamuddin and Sarai Kale Khan Belt
A short-duration outage has been scheduled under the Nizamuddin Division.
