Central Railway (CR) has issued a latest travel advisory as train services continue to be disrupted due to multiple landslides in the Lonavala-Karjat ghat section following heavy rainfall in Maharashtra over the past few days. Railway officials said the changes have been made to ensure passenger safety while restoration and repair work is carried out on the affected tracks.

Trains to be Affected
According to the latest update, Train No. 11088 Pune-Veraval Express scheduled for July 9 has been cancelled.
Some trains started their journey from different stations instead of their usual origin. Train No. 11029 CSMT-Kolhapur Express on July 9 departed from Pune, while Train No. 11139 CSMT-Hosapete Express and Train No. 12701 CSMT-Hyderabad Express started from Khadki. Train No. 17613 Panvel-Hazur Sahib Nanded Express began from Daund, with no service between Panvel and Daund. Train No. 16339 LTT-Nagercoil Express and Train No. 12115 CSMT-Solapur Express also originated from Pune.
In addition, several trains have been diverted through alternate routes. These include Hubballi-Dadar Express, Kolhapur-CSMT Express, Latur-CSMT Express, Pune-Ahmedabad Express, Hadapsar-Jodhpur Express, Chennai-Ahmedabad Express, Ahmedabad-Tiruchirappalli Special, Solapur-Ajmer Special, CSMT-Chennai Express, Jodhpur-Hadapsar Express, LTT-Kakinada Port Express, CSMT-Hyderabad Express, Rajkot-Secunderabad Express, Jodhpur-Bengaluru Express, CSMT-Bhubaneswar Express, CSMT-Kolhapur Express and CSMT-Latur Express via routes including Daund, Manmad, Igatpuri, Kalyan, Jalgaon, Paldhi and Surat. Central Railway has urged passengers to stay updated before travelling.

Passengers have been advised to check the latest train status before leaving for the railway station, as services may change further depending on weather conditions and the progress of repair work.
