Bhopal, Wednesday, July 8, 2026: Several parts of Bhopal will witness scheduled power cuts on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, as the electricity department undertakes maintenance works, including pole shifting, covered conductor installation, line maintenance and tree-cutting operations.
The planned shutdowns will affect around 35 localities across the city for periods ranging from four to six hours, depending on the location and nature of the maintenance work. Residents are advised to complete important tasks in advance and charge essential electronic devices before the scheduled outage begins.
