The train will depart from Ernakulam Junction (ERS) at 12:50 p.m. and will reach Bengaluru Cantonment station by 10 p.m. On its return journey, the train will leave Bengaluru at 5:30 a.m. and arrive at Ernakulam by 2:20 p.m. Along the route, the train will stop at several important stations: Thrissur, Palakkad, Podanur, Tirupur, Erode, and Salem. These stops will provide easy access for passengers from these regions.

Special Train Service

Initially, the Ernakulam-Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express will operate as a special train (06001/06002) from July 31 to August 25. It will run three days a week: departing from Ernakulam on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, and from Bengaluru on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Mondays. This schedule aims to cater to the growing demand for faster and more comfortable travel options between these cities.

Ticket Fare and Booking

The fare for the Chair Car class is ₹1,465, which includes food, and for the Executive Chair Car, the fare is ₹2,945. These prices reflect the premium services and faster travel times offered by the Vande Bharat Express. It's important to note that booking for the service from Bengaluru to Ernakulam has not yet begun, but high demand is anticipated based on the initial response.
