Ahmedabad has taken a major step in its development with the inauguration of projects worth ₹6.51 billion by Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Spanning urban development, drainage systems, and child nutrition, the projects highlight the government's vision for comprehensive progress.

One of the key initiatives is the Doodh Sanjeevani Yojana, which focuses on improving child nutrition. This program reflects the government's commitment to ensuring a healthier future for children, addressing critical health concerns while advancing urban development.
Telangana's Push for Urban Growth
In Telangana, significant strides have been made in urban and housing development. Since December 2023, the state has secured loans worth ₹126.7 billion from the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO). These funds will be utilized for 12 key projects, including the **Indiramma Housing Scheme**, which has been allocated ₹30 billion to build affordable housing for the underprivileged.
Other major allocations include ₹27 billion for land acquisition for the northern stretch of the Regional Ring Road (RRR) in Hyderabad and ₹22.24 billion for the second phase of the Godavari water supply project. This also includes rejuvenating the Osmansagar and Himayatsagar reservoirs. By using low-interest loans for these initiatives, the Telangana government demonstrates its dedication to sustainable growth and improved living standards.
Progress in Manipur
In Manipur, Chief Minister N Biren Singh inaugurated 24 infrastructure projects and laid the foundation for 18 more in the Tamenglong district. These initiatives, worth ₹3.5 billion, aim to rebuild and stabilize the state following nearly 20 months of ethnic unrest.
