Mansa Weather

The city experiences three distinct seasons – summers, monsoons and winters.

Summer

Summers are hot and dusty, with temperatures soaring as high as 45o C. Travellers should carry umbrellas and water bottles to counter heat and dehydration.

Monsoon

The onset of monsoons marks the beginning of pleasant weather conditions. Though the temperature lowers down, there is a rise in humidity. Monsoons are followed by the post monsoon season (October-November).

Winter

Winters in Mansa are cold, with the maximum and minimum temperature recorded at 20o C and 5o C respectively. Cold winds from the Himalayan mountain range further decrease the temperatures in the month of January.
