Starting August, the Vande Bharat Express will launch a new route from Jamshedpur (Tatanagar) in Jharkhand to Patna in Bihar. Infrastructure Development in Jamshedpur

To ensure the smooth operation of the trains, trackside traction wires are being installed at Washing Line number 1. This is crucial for the proper washing and maintenance of the train coaches. Additionally, advanced equipment worth INR 22 crore is being set up to support these maintenance activities. The installation of these facilities was expected to be completed by August 10, after which the trial runs would begin.
Training for Local Staff
The employees who were sent to the Coaching Depot to receive training on maintaining Vande Bharat trains have now returned. These trained employees will now pass on their knowledge to the local staff, ensuring that everyone is familiar with the technical and safety standards required to maintain the Vande Bharat coaches.
