• By Bus: Regular KSRTC and private buses operate between Bangalore and Wayanad. You can find both AC and non-AC sleeper or seater buses that run overnight. Most buses take 7 to 8 hours to reach Wayanad, stopping at towns like Kalpetta, Sulthan Bathery, or Mananthavady. This is a cost-effective option for those who prefer not to drive.
• By Train: As Wayanad doesn't have a railway station, there is no direct train to Wayanad. The nearest railway stations are Kozhikode (Calicut), about 85 km away, and Mysuru, about 140 km away. From either station, you can take a cab or bus to Wayanad.
• By Flight: The nearest airport to Wayanad is Calicut International Airport, around 91 km away. From there, you can easily book taxis and buses to reach Wayanad.
