Udaipur, already a treasure trove of tourist attractions, has added another jewel to its crown with the Neemach Mata Mandir Ropeway. Positioned strategically, this ropeway serves as a convenient link to the revered Neemach Mata Mandir, making it an efficient and picturesque journey for visitors.
DRIL, known for its successful Savitri Mala Ropeway project in Pushkar, has once again showcased its expertise with this new endeavor. Covering a total distance of 429.19 meters, the Neemach Mata Mandir Ropeway drastically reduces the trekking time to the temple from 45 minutes to just a 3-minute ride. The ropeway features 12 well-ventilated cabins with automatic doors, boasting a capacity to carry 400 passengers per hour.
Operational from 7 am to 8 pm throughout January, the roundtrip ticket for this unique experience is priced at just INR 185 per passenger. The ropeway employs a mono cable fixed grip system, ascending over a 500-foot elevation. What's noteworthy is the conscious effort made to minimize the impact on the surrounding greenery, ensuring a delightful view of the Southern Aravalli region for passengers.
