The image you may have of San Francisco can be of the Golden Gate Bridge, however, what this wonderful city offers is more than that and something magical. Once you visit the city surely will it match up to the reality; a new world fairytale. San Francisco and its attractions, all together are just as sensational as you assumed they would be, the cliffs are steep as you envisioned and, yes, there are still psychedelics-influenced teenagers looking to embrace the still growing hippie culture at Haight-Ashbury. It's no surprise that San Francisco is always among the top-visited tourist destinations in the world.
Although it is densely occupied, the city's spot by the gardens, parks, waterfront and the course that the cliffs assure you can never notice more than a few blocks make it appear not more than 3 million people.
Among the best draws in the city here is the mandatory stop to the 'inescapable' prison, Alcatraz island, as well as a trip across the obvious Golden Gate Bridge, a journey that must be prearranged for a cheerful sunny day. Also home to the M.H. de Young Museum, the Golden hotspot is one of the finest botanical greens in the USA, and a wonderful spot for an intimate picnic. It's also an abode for bison.

A journey on the streetcars (cable cars) is a must - take an expedition from Union Square or Fisherman's Wharf up to Nob Hill, residence to the wealthy. And the trip is best to see the Grace Cathedral.
The city of San Francisco has some of the most suitable cultures, sightseeing, dining, history and view, and indeed does have many things to offer everyone.
