For many people, especially those who experience airport anxiety, flying may be a stressful experience. Anxiety and panic attacks can be brought on by the fear of flying, long lines, security checks, and the possibility of missing a flight.
There are ways to get past these anxieties, though, and improve your airport experience overall. I also have suffered from this panic mode which I see sometimes only at the airports. So, don't worry, I have created a list of a few things which might help you to tackle airport nervousness.
Don't look nervous:
I know you feel nervous, but just don't look nervous or worried when you arrive at the airport. Your face will reflect your anxiety if you're worried about your travel or will be late for an appointment. Instead, smile and project a sense of happiness! You are currently unaware of the fact that it is a crucial airport hack. You'll avoid pointless checks and questioning if you walk like an experienced traveler. Pro tip: Do listen to your favorite songs.
Know what's going on around you:
While in the airport, it is best to always be vigilant and aware of your surroundings. The most important thing is knowing what's happening around you while you're getting patted down by security personnel.

Wait for time until authorities are done with their duty of checking or searching and are moving on to another person waiting in line behind you. Don't try to rush past them, they will stop you! And if they do so answer each of their questions truthfully.
Keep yourself hydrated and nourished:
Staying hydrated and nourished when in the airport is crucial because hunger and dehydration can contribute to anxiety. Bring snacks and a reusable water bottle with you to the airport, and make sure to stay hydrated and eat well-balanced meals all the way there.
Start early:
Arrive at the airport at least two hours before your flight's departure time so you have time to clear security and check in. You'll also have time to go through any additional screening required by your airlines, such as extra bag searches or body scans.
What to do if you are late:
Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, you might reach late at the airport. During such time do not hesitate to request the authorities or people to let you go first. We are already panicking thinking that we might miss our flight, we are already late, what will be the refund amount if I miss the flight due to my own mistake?
These all questions are already around you and sometimes you don't see the opportunity which is still there through which you can board your flight on time. That is why always ask and try your best to board your flight till the end.
Dress smartly:
Don't wear loose clothing while flying because they can drag on the ground when they're rolling around in luggage carts (which happens very frequently). Find something that fits well and isn't too tight. Airport dressing is supposed to be comfortable and good-looking as well.

For reference, you can watch many videos on how to dress for the airport. Because if you are not wearing comfortable footwear or clothes it can make your travel experience suffer. And if you dree well you feel confident and it is sometimes the opposite of nervousness.
Handle your luggage smartly:
Learn this mantra to always keep a note inside your luggage which is easily accessible to the security people in case you lost your bag. Make sure this note has your call-back number, email address, name, and all possible information that you feel will be useful for the airport authority to contact you.
Always click a picture of your bag before leaving for the airport, this will help you to show it to security if you lose your luggage. This way you will be on the safe side even if you lost your luggage temporarily.
