Gurugram: In an inspiring journey for sustainable mobility, Guinness Book record holder Sushil Reddy took on an eco-friendly ride across India. He journeyed over 9,000+ km from Mumbai to Kaziranga and back, covering 25 cities. This adventure aimed to spread awareness about the benefits of electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable transportation.

At the center of this eco ride was the MG ZS EV, India's first Pure Electric Internet SUV. This vehicle not only embodies innovation but also a commitment to environmental protection. Reddy's trip, known as the 'SunPedal Ride’, was more than just a drive. It was an educational tour targeting students, shedding light on the potential of EVs.
Throughout the journey, Reddy visited numerous colleges and institutes. He shared insights on the economical operation and ownership of EVs, their minimal carbon emissions, and the increasingly supportive charging infrastructure. The interactive sessions with students also included quizzes and demonstrations of the MG ZS EV. This vehicle boasts an impressive range of 461km*. Over 60 days, Reddy engaged with over 5,000 students across 20 universities.

This expedition wasn’t just about showcasing the MG ZS EV but also about changing perceptions. It aimed to prove the feasibility, comfort, and reliability of electric mobility. Reddy's mission was to prepare the country's youth for a future where sustainable and stylish mobility coexist. He encouraged everyone to question their preconceptions and start conversations about eco-friendly transportation.
