Kunjapuri, Tehri

Kunjapuri is a peak which is perched at an altitude of 1676 m above sea level. It is famous for an ancient temple, dedicated to the deity, Kunjapuri Devi. This temple is visited by a large number of devotees every year. Tourists can enjoy the beautiful views of the snow-capped ranges of the mighty Himalayas and the Bhagirathi Valley from the temple complex.
