Madhya Pradesh got its first vista dome coach on Bhopal to Jabalpur Janshatabdi Express. For this State minister, Usha Thakur and Vishvas Sarang started the train from Kamalapati Railway Station.
Madhya Pradesh tourism board has taken this initiative with Indian Railways featuring large windows, 360 degrees rotatable, pushback chairs, and self-operational slipping doors. Through this initiative, the Madhya Pradesh government has assured more beautiful journeys and people can feel delighted in the beautiful destinations without boredom. It will be equipped with transparent clear roofs and large windows that will attract tourists to journey by train along with enhanced services to ensure ease and comfort.
Mr. Shukla said that this development will add experience for the sightseer as they can enjoy the view of beautiful rivers and hills. He also said that now wandering to many destinations like Bhimbaithika, Tawa Dam, Satpura National Park, Madhai, Pachmarhi, etc. would be more fun and revitalizing. It will add a memorable experience to visiting the attractions.
This expansion will let tourists enjoy the sights of the hilly areas, nature, and rivers between the two beautiful cities added Principal Secretary of Tourism and Culture Sheo Shekhar Shukla.
First Vistadome in India was started in the year 2017. It was on track in Andhra Pradesh for the route between Visakhapatnam-Araku. As per the studies on the latest data, Indian railways have started 33 vista dome coaches in India now.
