Passengers travelling between Nagpur and Pune may face travel problems next week as Central Railway has announced cancellation, diversion and rescheduling of several trains. The changes are being made because of infrastructure upgrade works on the Daund-Manmad section under the Pune Division.

Railway officials said a special traffic block is being carried out for pre-non-interlocking (Pre-NI) and non-interlocking (NI) works between Akolner, Ahilya Nagar and Nimbalak stations. These works are part of railway infrastructure improvement projects aimed at improving safety and operations.
