Goa’s Eiffel Tower-Style Zuari Bridge to Open with Restaurants, Hotel, and Nightclub

Goa is set to welcome a beautiful new tourist spot - an Eiffel Tower-style observatory tower at the new Zuari Bridge. The project will be inaugurated on 23 May by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. This Rs 270.07 crore plan will combine modern architecture with Goa's natural charm, offering visitors a stunning 360-degree view. The twin towers will have a revolving restaurant, art gallery, viewing decks, and many more attractions.

Goa s Zuari Bridge to Open

A New Global Landmark for Goa

The Zuari Bridge will soon become a travel destination on its own. Each tower will be 125 metres tall and will have capsule lifts to take visitors to the top floors. These top floors will not only give breathtaking views but also offer modern and luxurious facilities. The project will be built and run by a private company for 50 years. It is expected to be completed in five years and is likely to attract visitors from all over the world.

The towers will be built between bridge pylons on strong pile cap foundations. This design will provide great strength and visibility. The construction is planned under the DBFOT model (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer), which means the government will not spend any money on it. Dilip Buildcon, the company that built the Zuari Bridge, will handle this project through one of its branches. The Goa Public Works Department will supervise the entire work. Most required permissions have already been received, with only a few clearances pending.

Modern Features and Attractions

Tower-1 will be on the Madgaon side. It will offer a nightclub, hotel, gym, spa, and luxury suites, making it perfect for those seeking fun and relaxation. Tower-2, located on the Panjim side, will have a banquet hall, brewery restaurant, fine dining, and a viewing gallery, suitable for events and casual outings. A 7.5-metre-wide walkway will connect the two towers, allowing easy access for all.

The nearby area will have boat parking, car parking, ATMs, food courts, and kiosks to make the visit even more enjoyable for tourists.

A New Symbol for Goa

This grand project is inspired by Paris's famous Eiffel Tower and aims to become a proud symbol of Goa. With entertainment, food, luxury, and scenic views all in one place, the Zuari Bridge observatory towers are likely to become a top tourist spot. The blend of creativity and nature will surely make it a must-visit for everyone traveling to Goa.
