Indian Railways is witnessing heavy passenger traffic on routes connecting Telangana and Andhra Pradesh during the summer travel season. A large number of people are travelling for work, education, and to visit their families, leading to increased demand for seats on regular trains.

To manage the extra rush, the South Central Railway (SCR) has announced special train services between Charlapalli and Tirupati. These special trains will operate on selected dates in June 2026 and are expected to provide additional travel options for passengers while reducing crowding on regular services.
