Planned maintenance outages will hit parts of Bengaluru today, Sunday, October 4. Bangalore Electricity Supply Company is publishing area-wise interruptions and restorations through the day. Before stepping out or logging into work, check whether your street appears on official feeds. Its Helpline X bio says, “All scheduled & unscheduled power interruptions will be posted here.” The BESCOM Mithra app also lists planned and unplanned outages.
To confirm your street’s status, use three checkpoints. Open the BESCOM Mithra app’s Outage section for alerts. Track the Helpline handle’s replies on X for division and feeder details. If you need assistance, call the 24x7 helpline 1912. You can also WhatsApp 9449844640 with photos or videos for faster triage.
