Ayodhya Mandir Opens Ram Darbar For Devotees With Pass System; Check Timings

Good news for devotees- the beautiful Ram Darbar at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir is now open to the public for darshan. This special place, located on the first floor of the temple, shows Lord Ram in his royal court along with Sita, Lakshman, Bharat, Shatrughan, and Lord Hanuman. The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust made this decision after carefully planning with local authorities.

To manage the influx of devotees efficiently, passes are required for visiting the Ram Darbar. These passes are similar to those needed for Ram Lalla Darshan. Devotees can choose from various time slots: morning (7:00 am – 9:00 am), late morning (9:00 am – 11:00 am), afternoon (1:00 pm – 3:00 pm), evening (3:00 pm – 5:00 pm), late evening (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm), and night (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm).

Pass Allocation and Temple Highlights

Each time slot allows 300 people. Half of the passes (150) are given out by the district administration, and the other half by the temple trust. Among these, 100 passes are reserved for special darshan, while 50 are for easy access darshan-making it more inclusive for those who may need extra help.

What Makes the Ram Darbar Special

The Ram Darbar is a special part of the temple. It represents Lord Ram's divine court, surrounded by his closest family and Lord Hanuman. But there's even more to see in the temple. Eight sacred shrines have also been set up around the complex-dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lord Ganesha, Lord Hanuman, Surya Dev, Goddess Bhagwati, and Goddess Annapurna, placed at spiritually important directions.

The Majestic Design of Ram Mandir

The Ayodhya Ram Mandir is not just a place of worship-it's a symbol of faith and stunning architecture. Built in the traditional Nagara style, the temple is massive. It's 360 feet long, 235 feet wide, and 161 feet high, spread across three storeys. It has 392 finely carved pillars and 44 grand doors, each a work of art.

The whole temple complex covers 2.77 acres and is one of the largest and most beautiful spiritual sites in India today.

Anil Mishra from the temple trust shared that more passes will be made available soon so even more devotees can visit. The temple is moving steadily toward full completion, expected around September or October 2025.
