Last updated on May 10, 2024, Air India is set to increase its operations in Europe due to growing demand amongst travellers. Starting from June 22, 2024, the airline will offer daily flights from Delhi to Amsterdam and Milan, enhancing the convenience for those traveling between India and Europe. This expansion will bring Air India's total weekly flights to 80, covering seven key European cities: Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Milan, Paris, Vienna, and Zurich.

The addition of these flights is part of Air India's strategy to improve connectivity and support the growth in trade and tourism between India and Europe. Campbell Wilson, CEO & MD of Air India, highlighted the importance of these new services in providing seamless connections for travelers moving between Europe, the Indian Subcontinent, and Southeast Asia via Delhi.
The schedule for the new flights is as follows: Daily operations will connect Delhi with Amsterdam and Milan. Additionally, Copenhagen will see an increase to five flights per week from Delhi. These services are in addition to the already available daily flights to Zurich, Frankfurt, and Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG), starting from June 16, 202.
For these flights, Air India will deploy its Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft, equipped with 18 Business Class beds and 236 Economy seats, ensuring a comfortable journey for all passengers. The airline encourages travelers to book their seats on these new flights through Air India’s website, mobile app, or authorized travel agents.
