Trains to be Affected, Announced by South Central Railway from 10 to 12 June

The South Central Railway (SCR) has announced the partial cancellation of four MMTS train services from June 10 to June 12 due to operational reasons. Passengers travelling during this period have been advised to check train schedules and make alternative arrangements if necessary.

List of Trains to be Affected

According to the railway authorities, the Falaknuma-Ramachandrapuram MMTS train (No. 47155) will not operate between Lingampalli and Ramachandrapuram. However, the train will continue to run on the remaining section of its route. Similarly, the Ramachandrapuram-Hyderabad train (No. 47142) has been partially cancelled and will not run between Ramachandrapuram and Lingampalli during the affected period.

Moreover, the Ghatkesar-Ramachandrapuram MMTS service (No. 47253) will remain cancelled between Sanathnagar and Ramachandrapuram. Passengers travelling on this route may need to look for alternative transport options for the cancelled section. Likewise, the Ramachandrapuram-Ghatkesar train (No. 47254) will not operate between Ramachandrapuram and Sanathnagar.

Why are the Cancellations Necessary?

The temporary cancellations are being implemented due to operational requirements, although the railway authorities have not provided further details about the specific reasons. Such changes are generally made to facilitate maintenance work, infrastructure upgrades, or other railway operations that require adjustments to train services.

Advisory for Passengers

South Central Railway has urged passengers to stay informed about the revised train schedules before starting their journey. Commuters who regularly depend on MMTS services have been advised to plan their travel to avoid inconvenience. The railway administration has also requested passengers to cooperate during this period and make use of alternative transport arrangements wherever required.

After this period, the affected MMTS services are expected to resume their normal operations, subject to further announcements from the railway authorities. Passengers are advised to keep checking official railway updates for the latest information regarding train movements and schedules.
