Chatri Talao is a reservoir that supplies drinking water to Amravati’s locals. Built in 1888, this talao was built on a small spring called Kali Nadi and is situated 1 km away from Dastur Nagar Square on the Malkhed Railway Road.
Presently, however, the residents of the city get their water from the Upper Wardha Dam. This talao is visited by tourists in large number due to the small garden and boating facility available at the site.
