Bamboostix Island Resort is an eco resort nestled amidst breathtaking backwaters of Alleppye. As there are no roads on the island, there are no traffic noises or busy developments. Our neighbours are farmers and fishermen.
It is the only resort on this island which is inhabited by local fisher-folk and rice farmers. This typical Kerala island has no roads, no traffic, no pollution but lots of vegetation, birds and marine animals.
The island is also a bird watchers paradise which boasts of 93 species of birds in that island.
