The Heritage,Kohima

The Heritage, Kohima is a boutique hotel where the bygone days of British Raj can be experienced. The hotel was the official residence of the Deputy Commissioner during the British rule. The 19th century constructed edifice was converted into a hotel in 2007.

It provides a distinct period feel which enhances the tourist’s experience by many levels. The hotel doesn’t have too many rooms and thus guests can get all the privacy they want while staying at The Heritage. The hotel is close to the Raj Bhavan (Governor’s House) and is perched on top of the Officers’ Hill, one of the posh locations of Kohima.
