Siddh Baba Ka Mandir is a noted religious centre of Chail, nestled on the hill between Rajgarh and Pandawa. It is said that Bhupinder Singh, the maharaja of Patiala, wanted to construct a palace here, when a sage appeared in his dreams and asked him to build a temple instead. Thereafter, the king built this temple, which became popular as Siddh Baba Ka Mandir. The beautiful surroundings of the temple serve as a picnic spot.
