Located around a kilometre from Bidar city, the temple architecture is something unique. Built on the foothills of Manichoola hill range, this cave temple has the water from a perennial stream running up to 300 metres, which means one has to walk through the water to reach the deity.

The two deities worshipped here are Lord Narasimha and Lord Shiva (in the form of Shivalinga). Some of the other attractions of Bidar include Bahmani Tombs, Gurudwara Nanak Jhira Sahib, Bidar Fort and Papnash Shiva Temple.
