1) MACKEREL RECHEADO
How it tastes:  Crispy, medium-spicy, and sizzling, it goes well with steamed rice, fish curry, and a vegetable side dish on a lunch platter. It can also be served as an appetiser.
How it tastes:  A spicy, tangy flavour with a mild vinegar flavour can be relished as a complement to rice or Poi.
2) PRAWNS BALCHAO
How it tastes:  A popular seafood meal in Goa, the fiery, light, and tender masala fried squid rings are at their best when served fresh with a cold beer.
3) SQUIDS (CALAMARI) MASALA FRY
How it tastes:  A mild or spicy curry that goes well with steaming rice, pulao, or regional bread and has an excellent, distinct flavour with a hint of coconut.
4) CRAB XACUTI
How it tastes: It's a very wonderful meal that is delicate on the inside and crisp and crunchy on the outside. With tomato ketchup or green chutney, mussels are at their best.
5) MUSSELS (XHINANIO) RAWA FRY
How it tastes: They taste like the ocean, with varying degrees of mineral overtones, and a very little fish flavour.
6) OYESTERS
How it tasted: Compared to crab, lobster has a sweeter, less "fishy" flavour, but it also has a richer, more fulfilling flavour.
