All the wildlife lovers, photographers, bird watchers, and enthusiasts get ready for the 7th edition of the Bird And Nature Festival of Uttar Pradesh which will be happening in the month of February.

National and international professionals in the domains of birding, natural conservation, wildlife tourism, and photography will take part in the three-day festival, which will take place at the Vijaysagar bird sanctuary in the Mahoba district.
This event is held annually with the intention of bringing the abundant wildlife of the region to the notice of all nature lovers. People may enjoy much more during the festival than just viewing birds, though.
Elephants, sloth bears, rhinoceroses, leopards, jackals, crocodiles, tigers, and several more amphibians and reptiles are among the other animal species that can be seen. The Department of Forestry and Ecotourism organizes the Uttar Pradesh Bird and Nature Festival.
The festival will include field trips, panel discussions, picture displays, book launches, and more after an opening ceremony on 1st February 2023. The event will also draw students from nearby educational institutions in an effort to increase youth knowledge of conservation & appreciation for nature and wildlife.
For its 2023 edition, the festival will, according to its organizers, also provide new destination offers, improve opportunities for exploring culture and wildlife, and develop the narrative surrounding the Bundelkhand tourism circuit among influential figures in India's tourism industry.
The event typically draws serious birdwatchers and bird experts from India and abroad, and this year is expected to be no different. Additionally, the time and the weather will be ideal hosts for wildlife and photography enthusiasts, nature photographers, and environmentalists which will give them an opportunity to witness some of the rarest and most beautiful birds in the world and India.

The Vijay Sagar Bird Sanctuary, which is home to a number of resident and migratory bird species, will host the festival. According to reports, the area is currently home to several winter migrating birds.

The festival, whose theme this year is "Ecotourism for Nature Conservation," will reportedly feature conversations, panel sessions, photo displays, book launches, and field trips for all attendees.
