The Biligiriranga Hills or B R hills

The Biligiriranga Hills or B R hills

The Biligirirangan Betta is situated in Chamarajanagar district of Karnataka. The BRT hills (or BR hills) tucked in between the Western ghats and the Eastern ghats, has a rich ecosystem. It's 160 km away from Bangalore and is a protected reserve. Tourists are only allowed to visit during day time and it's a place which gets many tourists during every season.

Tadiandamol (Tadiyandamolu), Coorg

Tadiyandamol in Coorg is the 3rd highest peak in Karnataka. It is a famous trekking spot which includes Shola forests in the valley. Situated in Coorg, Tadiyandamol provides a good view of the Western Ghats and a must visit place during monsoon.

Kudremukh or Kudremukha

Kudremukha in Kannada means Horse-face, this mountain range gets the name because of its shape. It is a small hill station in Chikkamagalur district and one of the most sought after tourist spots. Kudremukha was once a mining spot but in recent years it has been stopped. Check out this place during monsoon and you will not be disappointed.

Kaup beach or Kapu beach is a famous beach in Udupi. Situated in the village of Kaup, it is a well maintained beach. Being in the shore of Arabian Sea, its beauty is breath-taking. Kaup beach is also known for its lighthouse and a fort built by Tipu Sultan.

Skandagiri hill is just 70 km from Bangalore, which overlooks Nandi Hills. It is mainly a trekking spot which has two trails for trekking. Papagni Mutt is also situated in the hills and it is good tourist spot to visit during monsoon.

Baba Budangiri is a mountain range in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. Baba Budan was a famous Sufi saint and his shrine is built here, hence the name Baba Budangiri. It is a popular tourist as well as a pilgrimage site.
