Picturesque Tour of Chattisgarh

By Manoj

Chhattisgarh is the 10th largest state in India, and is famous as one of the electricity and steel producing hubs of India. It was formed on the 1st of November 2000 after being partitioned from Madhya Pradesh. It has a perfect blend of history, culture and traditions, and travellers coming here will be lost in the beauty of nature.

The civilisation of Chhattisgarh is believed to be very old as can be seen by the various archaeological excavations here. Even the natural beauty here knows no bound as it is blessed with wildlife, forest, mountains and mesmerising waterfalls. Enjoy a pictorial guide of the state of Chattisgarh.
