1. Dubare Elephant Camp

The Dubare Elephant Camp is home to scads of elephants and if you want to spend your day by bathing some baby elephants and feeding them for a nominal fee, then you got to visit this camp. The Dubare Elephant Camp boasts of verdant hilly stretches and lush green deep valleys as well as expansive grasslands. Home to such dozen of elephants and a few of their babies, this camp is definitely a highlight for the travellers looking for something unsual to do during their Coorg vacation.
2. Mandalpatti

It is not every day that you get to gaze upon verdant green valleys and grasslands that it is difficult to take your eyes off it. Mandalpatti, in Coorg, is perched atop a high altitude point and offers resplendent views of majestic vistas with calmness in the air and stillness in the surroundings that transport you to a dreamland. Mandalpatti is one such view point in Coorg that is only accessible by jeeps.
3. Golden Temple (Tibetan Monastery)

The Tibetan Monastery in Coorg, locally known as the Golden Temple, representing the rich culture and history of the Tibetan people is a tourist hot-spot. The monastery houses the main temple area, a school and a few souvenir shops dotting the fringes of the monastery. With detailed intricate exceptional artwork adorning the walls of the monastery, the exquisite golden idols is a sight to behold.
