By Air: If you desire to travel by air, then you can take a flight from Hyderabad to Vijayawada and then from there, you can either hire a direct cab or catch a bus to reach Khammam. The distance between Vijayawada and Khammam is 120 km.

By Rail: Khammam is well connected to Hyderabad and other cities by rail. It will take an average time of 4 h to reach your destination from Hyderabad railway station.

By Road: Khammam has a good road connectivity. Therefore, you can catch a direct bus from Hyderabad to reach it.

Route 1: Hyderabad - Suryapet - Khammam

Route 2: Hyderabad - Valigonda - Khammam

If you would want to reach Khammam within minimum time, then you must take route 1. Through this route, you can reach your destination within 3 h 30 min, i.e., half an hour lesser in comparison to the other route. On your way, you can also take a break at Suryapet and explore its temples.
