Start your day by going for a morning walk or jogging around the beautiful Sankey Tank, which is a man-made lake present in Malleswaram. You can observe that the place is one of Bangalore's favourite spots to go for an early morning warm up. Spend some time at this small escape into nature.
Have Breakfast At Any Darshini

Darshini is a very common name for small hotels that serve quick breakfasts in Bangalore. Malleswaram is lined with some of the city's best Darshinis or small restaurants, so, head straight to one of these places after a refreshing jog.
Try out idli and vada with a cup of fresh filter coffee or a plate of delicious masala dosa for a typical South Indian breakfast experience.
Pique Your Scientific Interest At The Planetarium And Museum

Visit the Jawaharlal Nehru Planetarium, where you can learn about the solar system and all about the space. Don't miss out on the daily shows that are at 12.30 pm and 4.30 pm.
Situated at a distance of about 3 km is the Visvesvaraya Museum, where you can see exhibitions of several cars, machinery, engines, scientific displays of math, perception, etc. The museum remains open from 10 am to 6 pm.
Witness The Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace

To witness a classic example of a fine Indo-Islamic architecture, visit the Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace. It was built entirely of teak wood and has beautifully designed pillars and balconies. As the name suggests, it was built during Tipu Sultan's rule and was his summer palace. It is open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm everyday.
Watch A Movie At A Multiplex

Bangalore is spread with innumerable shopping malls which have huge multiplexes that screen many movies on a daily basis. An experience as a Bangalorean is probably incomplete without watching a movie in any of these places. Have an authentic South Indian lunch and head to a multiplex for your afternoon.
Stroll Through Lalbagh

Lalbagh, which literally means red garden, is the city's most popular botanical garden. It was laid out in 1766 and commissioned by Hyder Ali, which was later completed by his son Tipu Sultan. Lalbagh is home to many species of beautiful and exotic flowers, which are usually displayed in a stunning arrangement during flower shows.
Shop At The Streets Of Bangalore

Bangalore has many popular shopping streets, like Brigade Road, Commercial Street, Jayanagar 4th Block, etc., that are lined with innumerable shops.
