The City Palace in Udaipur host the Mewar Light and Sound Show and it is considered to be India's first such show organised by non-governmental private organisation. The light and sound show which is conducted every evening at the Manek Chowk, revives back the rich history of the Mewar and attracts many foriegn and local tourists alike. The shows are shown to the tourists both in Hindi and English. The duration of the show is 1 hour.

Brindavan Gardens, Mysore
The beautiful garden at night is a visual treat to the eyes. The fountains make the garden more serene. The sound and the light starts by 7 in the night and visitors should be here to view the dancing fountains in the background of the beautiful garden. The fountain sways to the tune of the music and lights.

Cellular Jail, Port Blair
This colossal structure has seen the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. Now the jail is dedicated to the nation as a National Memorial. The saga of the heroic freedom struggle is brought alive in a moving light and sound show, shown daily inside the jail compound at 6.00 PM in Hindi and 7.15 PM in English. Also there is a museum, an art gallery, and a photo gallery, which are open on all days except Monday and public holidays from 8.45 AM to 12.30 PM and 1.30 PM to 5.00 PM.

Amber Fort, Jaipur
The extravagant light and sound show is showcased in English and Hindi to travellers The gallery can accommodate up to 300 guests and the duration of the show is 1 hour. This musical extravaganza revives the local legends and history of Rajasthan culture.

Gwalior Fort, Gwalior
The Gwalior Fort when visited during morning time is filled with deafening silence but the very place becomes lively at night with the light and sound show which draws lot of local and foreign travellers alike. Hazur Sahib, Nanded
The Hazur Sahib is located in Nanded district of Maharashtra on the banks of River Godavri. Apart from the architectural structure, the gurudwara is known for its laser-ray show which has opened to tourists from across the globe. The show is held near the Main Gurudwara. The lives of the Ten Gurus are briefly and very beautifully described in this show. The show is opened to public from 7:30PM to 8:30 PM everyday.

Golconda Fort, Andhra Pradesh
Golconda Fort in Andhra Pradesh is one the must visit attractions . Visitors can hire a tour guide who can show you around and explain history associated with the fort. And if you are here till evening, don't miss the light and sound show. The musical extravaganza generally starts from 7 PM during summer season and one can enjoy the show during winters too, which usually starts at 6 PM. There are no shows held on Monday. Visitors can enjoy the show in three languages namely Telugu, Hindi and English. Telegu show is held on Thursday while the Hindi show is held on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday and English on Wednesday and Sunday.
