Salogra Weather

Salogra experiences sub temperate climate, and as a result the climatic conditions in this region remain favourable for the most part of the year.

Summer

(March to May): The summer season starts here from April and lasts till the month of June. The maximum and minimum temperatures of Salogra during the summers have been recorded at 35C and 15C respectively. The month of May is regarded as the hottest period of the year here. After sunset, nights are comparatively colder as the temperature falls.

Monsoon

(June to September): The monsoon season commences from June and ends in the month of September. Salogra receives maximum rainfall due to the South West Monsoon. Travellers can also visit this place during this season to enjoy the flourishing green beauty of the area.

Winter

(December to February): December marks the onset of the winter season that lasts till the month of February. The maximum and minimum temperatures during winters have been recorded at 15C and -2C respectively. Heavy snowfall is experienced during the winter season, and the climatic conditions remain favourable for trekking in Salogra.
