Summer

Summers in Pathankot are characterised by hot days and relatively cool nights. The temperature ranges between 35 °C 48 °C .

Monsoon

The dust and heat of summers are replaced by showers during monsoons. The city experiences moderate to heavy rainfall during these months. Owing to the heavy rainfall, the humidity levels are quite high. August is the month which sees heavy rains.

Winter

During winters, the minimum and maximum temperature is recorded at 0°C to 15 °C respectively. Westerly winds bring thunder showers along with hail storms, which contribute to lowering of temperature. These rains may last for two to three days.
