Nubra Valley Weather

The Nubra Valley is situated at the height of 10000 ft above sea level and as a result, tourists can plan their trips at any time of the year.

Summer

(March to May): The climatic condition of the Nubra Valley remains favourable throughout the year. Even during the summer season, the minimum and maximum temperature has been recorded at 4˚ C and 30˚ C respectively.

Monsoon

Winter

(December to February): Though the weather remains cool and pleasant throughout the year, temperatures during the winter season can fall to a minimum of -4˚ C. The maximum temperature of the Nubra Valley can go up to 24˚ C. The months of December and January are usually the coldest during the winter season.
