Namchi has a temperate cliamte with mild summers and chilling winters. Monsoon brings ehavy rainfall to the place. Summer is the ideal time to visit Namchi.

Summer

The summer seson here begins in March and extends till June. The temperature may vary from 28°C and 10°C. This is however the best time to visit the place due to its pleasant climate.

Monsoon

Namchi experience heavy rainfall durin the months of July, August and September and the temperature thus considerably drops making it difficult to travel.

Winter

Starting from October, the winter here continues till the month of February. The temperature can fall anywhere between 16°C and -5°C. If you travel to Namchi during this season, make sure that you carry enough woolen clothes to keep yourself warm.
