The period between November and June is considered ideal for visiting Kabini as after the monsoon the forest becomes beautiful and lush green.

Monsoon

(June to September): Kabini receives heavy rainfall during monsoons. Tourists do not prefer visiting Kabini during rainy season as outdoor activities are not possible and the weather is also quite humid after rains.

Winter

(October to February): Weather of Kabini remains cool and pleasant during the winter season. The temperature during winters varies between 6℃ and 26℃. However, tourists avoid visiting Kabini during this season as it is difficult to spot animals during winters
