Great Nicobar is the largest island of the Nicobar island group. Situated south of all the other islands and home to Indira Point, India’s southernmost point, Great Nicobar is famous for its diverse flora and fauna, marine life and many varieties of birds and flowers. Campbell Bay National Park is one of Great Nicobar’s most frequently visited place by tourists after Indira point. The various birds native to the Andaman and Nicobar islands like the Nicobar Scrubfowl or the Nicobar Megapod often strike a lot of interest among tourists and nature lovers. How to Reach Great Nicobar

  • By Road
    The Andaman and Nicobar Islands cannot be accessed by road, but once you're there, the Andaman Trunk Road is a great way to get around the Andaman island. It connects all the populate townships and beaches including the main Port Blair Jetty and Veer Savarkar Airport to Phoenix Bay Jetty.
