Overview
Description

Situated on the edge of a lake, Gajner Palace is at a stone's throw from Bikaner. Constructed by HH Maharaja Sir Ganga Singh, the property was converted into a heritage hotel in 1976. The palace was primarily a hunting resort during the British period which attracted several dignitaries.

In addition to its scenic landscape and architectural beauty, the Palace Complex also has the remnants of a historic railway station. Gajner Palace is divided into four distinctive wings – Dungar Niwas, Mandir Chowk, Gulab Niwas and Champa Niwas. Discover Rajasthan’s ''best-kept secret'' and explore the wildlife within it by staying at Gajner Palace – a jewel in the Thar Desert.

The Mirage Restaurant

The Imperial Terrace is an extension to the Mirage which overlooks the lake and sanctuary. Here, the guests entertain a sumptuous repast in the evening with the folk and tribal dancers.

Mrigtrishna Bar

Artistically designed in a desert style, Mrigtrishna Bar is similar to that of the Mirage Restaurant. Dungar Niwas houses the Mrigtrishna. Nurtured with genteelness and elegant bounty, Mrigtrishna translates to ''mirage'' in English. Refresh yourself in the cool breeze with a glass of sherry across the Gajner Lake.
