October to March is the best season to make a visit to Bellary.

Summer

The summer here is from March to May and not considered an ideal time to visit.  

Monsoon

June to September receives rainfall. As it is in the rain shadow region of the Western Ghats, the rain received is relatively less.  

Winter

Winters are from December to January, and the temperature drops to 10 degrees, making it a cool place. Carry some woollen clothes when you travel here during this season.   June to September receives rainfall.
