By Air: If you are travelling to Chennai by air, then you can take a cab directly from the Chennai airport to Chandragiri. The Chennai airport is at an approximate distance of 160 km.
By Rail: There are no direct trains available between Chennai and Chandragiri. However, you can catch a train from Chennai to Tirupati and then take a cab to Chandragiri.
By Road: Situated at a distance of 145 km from Chennai, Chandragiri is easily accessible by road. You can either take a bus or hire a cab from Chennai and you will be in Chandragiri within minimum time.

Chennai - Puzhal - Narayanavanam - Tirupati - Chandragiri

1) Puzhal Lake

2) Kailasakona Falls

While on your way to Chandragiri, why not take a bath in this beautiful Kailasakona Waterfall? It has been a favourite en route stoppage since the time of its discovery. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati and hence the waterfall is named Kailasakona.
