Barkot, Yamunotri

Barkot is a nagar panchayat, located in the Uttarkashi District of Uttarakhand. Situated at an elevation of 1220 m, this place is about 49 km away from Yamunotri. Tourists can enjoy majestic views of the Bandar Pooch Parvat along with other peaks of the Himalayan range from here.
