Thaneek Pura is a prominent tourist destination located at a distance of about 3 km from the Chintpurni Devi Temple in Una. The place is bounded by shrines such as the Radha Krishna, the Guga Jahar Peer, and the Mahiya Sidh. Located at the destination is an ancient well having around 60 steps, which is quite popular among tourists.
A fair is organised here every year on the eve of Krishna Janmashtami, a popular Hindu festival. During this time, a huge bhandara, distributing food among people and yajna, the Hindu ritual of sacrifice along with a wrestling competition is organised here. This place is also known for the Chaat Bazaar.
