Chintamani, Tuljapur

Chintamani is located just outside the Tuljapur Bhawani Temple. It is dedicated to Goddess Chintamani who is believed to help her devotees take apt decisions at the right time. The structure of the Temple is in the form of a round stone and houses a grand palanquin abundant with beautiful hand painted imagery, used for processions every Tuesday, Friday, Sunday and on full moon days.

A huge rush of worshippers and followers are seen thronging the gates on these auspicious days. In the nearby area, one can see various other small shrines dedicated to Gods like Khandoba, Matangi, Yamai Devi and Narsimha.
