Russell Street which is located at a close proximity to the Park Street is yet another popular place to get your taste buds into action. Renowned for its phuchka stalls and chaats. The street also serves a variety mouth-watering rolls such as vegetable rolls, egg rolls and chops which you can gorge into.

BBD Bagh
BBD Bagh, located in the east of Kolkata, is another gastronomical hub where a number of street vendors sell a delectable variety of food to the visitors. One unique fact about this place is that the vendors prepare the dishes right in front of the customers, so that they can be rest assured about the quality. Popular dishes made here include samosa, chowmein, cutlet and more.

Chowringhee
The streets of Chowringhee is a must visit plce for those who want to try out various street foods of this city. There are many items here that you can choose from. One of the prominent dish served here is Kati rolls, which is spiced up with lime, chaat masala and onions.

New Market
New Market is the shoppers paradise and is crowded throughout the day. The streets are laden with vendors selling their various wares. It is here where you should head to have a taste of jhaal muri which in english means spicy puffed rice. There are many stalls serving this dish and nearly every shopper has a pouch of this yummy snack in their hands as they browse through the various shops. Also try out the lassi and kulfis that are sold here. A perfect sweetener for the spicy snack you just ate.
